Why Jackson DishStar HT-E-SEER Undercounter Dishwasher?
The Jackson DishStar HT-E-SEER is a high temperature sanitizing undercounter dishwasher built for kitchens that cannot vent steam. Its Steam Elimination and Energy Recovery (SEER) system pulls hot vapor out of the chamber after each cycle and uses it to preheat incoming rinse water, so the machine runs on a single cold water connection and releases very little steam into the room. Rated to NSF/ANSI Standard 3 by ETL Sanitation and ENERGY STAR certified, it cleans 24 racks per hour on 0.60 gallons per rack. Performance & Key Features
- Steam Elimination & Energy Recovery: A fan extracts hot water vapor and passes it over heat exchanger coils, giving a 40°F rise to the incoming water; the cooled vapor condenses back into the wash tank, which virtually eliminates steam in the chamber.
- Single cold water connection: Operates on a 3/4 in. cold water supply (40-90°F), so no hot water line is needed at the install location.
- Built-in booster heater: A 70°F rise booster with the Sani-Sure final rinse system holds the 180°F minimum rinse temperature required for high temperature sanitizing.
- Throughput: 24 (20)* racks per hour, 600 dishes or 864 glasses per hour on Cycle I, using 0.60 gallons of water per rack.
- Three timed cycles: Solid-state controls offer three selectable cycles (145, 213 and 313 seconds total) for light to heavy soil loads.
- Energy Saver Mode: Reduces energy use during idle periods; ENERGY STAR certified.
- Operator display & diagnostics: Digital LED temperature/operator display with onboard service diagnostics and push button start.
- Automatic fill and pumped drain: Automatic tank fill, plus an automatic pumped drain for floor or wall drain installations.
- Chemical pumps: Built-in detergent and rinse aid pumps with priming switches.
- Delime cycle: A dedicated delime cycle simplifies scale removal during routine maintenance.
- Included water controls: Pressure regulator and water hammer arrestor come standard, along with a door interlock switch.
