• Resolution: We will investigate and resolve disputes promptly. Valid discrepancies will be corrected or refunded accordingly.

5. Refunds and Credits

• Policy Reference: Refunds and credits are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Taxes

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying all applicable sales and use taxes imposed by your state or jurisdiction.
• Tax Exemption: If you qualify for tax exemption, you must provide a valid exemption certificate at the time of purchase.

7. Billing Errors

• Corrections: If we identify a billing error, we will correct it immediately.

• Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims related to billing shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceedings arising under these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Casper, Wyoming, USA.

13. Entire Agreement
