Scope of Installation Services
Installation services include equipment placement, basic connection, initial calibration, and operational testing. The exact scope of installation varies by product and manufacturer requirements.
Installation services do not include:

Plumbing installation beyond standard connection

Structural modifications

Cabinet or countertop modifications

Ventilation system installation

Building code upgrades

Construction work
Any additional work required must be arranged separately and may incur additional charges.
Service Coverage
Installation services are available in most major metropolitan areas within the United States. Coverage may vary depending on technician availability.
If service is unavailable in a specific location, the customer will be notified and installation charges will be refunded.
Equipment Access
Customers must ensure technicians have safe access to the installation area. This includes:

Adequate door widths

Clear pathways

Elevator access where necessary

Proper unloading arrangements for heavy equipment
Additional charges may apply if specialized equipment (rigging, lifts, cranes, etc.) is required.
Installation Time
Typical installation times vary by equipment type. Installation may take several hours depending on product complexity and site conditions.
Startup Verification
After installation, the technician will perform a startup verification to ensure the equipment operates according to manufacturer specifications.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfection Plaza LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from installation services, including but not limited to:

loss of revenue

loss of food product or inventory

equipment downtime
-
labor costs
Total liability related to installation services shall not exceed the amount paid for the installation service.
