1. Order Cancellations

• Cancel within 24 hours of order confirmation (or before supplier processing begins)

• 3% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing costs

• "Shipped" status = tracking number generated by carrier

2. Returns (30-Day Window)

Applicable to all customers:

• Return initiation within 30 days of delivery

• Items must be in resellable condition with manufacturer seals intact

• Proof of non-installation required for commercial equipment

For Commercial Clients:

• Requires supplier Return Authorization (RA) number

• Palletized returns must follow supplier crate specifications

• Proof of non-installation documentation

For Residential Clients:

• Original retail packaging required

• Residential return labels provided at cost

5. Specific Terms

• Supplier restocking fees (typically 5-20%) apply and will be itemized

• Final eligibility subject to manufacturer policies

• Refunds processed after supplier inspection confirmation

6. Refund Processing

• Issued within 7 business days after receipt and inspection

• Deductions: Original shipping + restocking fees (where applicable)

• High-value returns (>$1,000) require signature confirmation

• Financial institution processing times additional

7. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom/Clearance merchandise

• Special orders with supplier lead times

• Installed/used commercial equipment
