3. Return Eligibility
Customers in the United States may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below.
3.1 Conditions for Return
- Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- Original Packaging: The item must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

4.2 Preparing Your Return
- Package the Item Safely:
- Use the original box and packaging.
- Include accessories, manuals, parts, and free gifts.
- Include Documentation:
- RMA number
- Return authorization form
- Any requested photos or notes
- Attach the Return Label:
- Print the provided label
- Secure it clearly to the package exterior
4.3 Shipping the Return
- You must ship the item within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
- Use a trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- Keep your tracking number for confirmation.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
A 25% restocking fee applies for all non-defective returns.
6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions
6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
- Must be in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging
- Must be reported within 30 days
- Refund issued minus 25% restocking fee
6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods
- Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos or videos
- We will offer:
- A replacement at no cost, or
- A full refund, including return shipping
- No restocking fee applies
6.3 Incorrect Product Received
- Notify us immediately
- We will arrange free return shipping and ensure the correct item is shipped promptly
6.4 Product Never Arrived
- Contact us if tracking shows a delay beyond the estimated delivery time
- We will open a carrier investigation
- If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement
6.5 Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: 3% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing costs
- After Shipment: Must follow the standard return process and be subject to restocking fees
7. Exceptions to the Return Policy
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or Personalized Items
- Perishable Goods (food, flowers, baked items, etc.)
- Intimate or Sanitary Goods (underwear, swimwear, personal hygiene items) unless unopened and unused
- Gift Cards
- Downloadable Software or Digital Products
8. Refunds
8.1 Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued after:
- The returned item is received
- The item is inspected
- Eligibility is confirmed

8.2 Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- It may take 5–7 business days for us to issue the refund
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds (up to 14 days)
8.3 Partial Refunds

- Items show signs of use not caused by shipping

We replace items that are:

- Incorrect
