3. Return Eligibility

Customers in the United States may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions below.

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • Original Packaging: The item must include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery:
  2. Return Authorization:
    Once approved, we will provide:
    • Return instructions
    • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
    • A return shipping label (if applicable)

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  1. Package the Item Safely:
    • Use the original box and packaging.
    • Include accessories, manuals, parts, and free gifts.
  2. Include Documentation:
    • RMA number
    • Return authorization form
    • Any requested photos or notes
  3. Attach the Return Label:
    • Print the provided label
    • Secure it clearly to the package exterior

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • You must ship the item within 7 days of receiving your return authorization.
  • Use a trackable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • Keep your tracking number for confirmation.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
A 25% restocking fee applies for all non-defective returns.


6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Must be in unused, undamaged condition with original packaging
  • Must be reported within 30 days
  • Refund issued minus 25% restocking fee

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos
  • We will offer:
    • A replacement at no cost, or
    • A full refund, including return shipping
  • No restocking fee applies

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

  • Notify us immediately
  • We will arrange free return shipping and ensure the correct item is shipped promptly

6.4 Product Never Arrived

  • Contact us if tracking shows a delay beyond the estimated delivery time
  • We will open a carrier investigation
  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement

6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: 3% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing costs
  • After Shipment: Must follow the standard return process and be subject to restocking fees

7. Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or Personalized Items
  • Perishable Goods (food, flowers, baked items, etc.)
  • Intimate or Sanitary Goods (underwear, swimwear, personal hygiene items) unless unopened and unused
  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Software or Digital Products

8. Refunds

8.1 Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued after:

  • The returned item is received
  • The item is inspected
  • Eligibility is confirmed

You will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection.

8.2 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 business days for us to issue the refund
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds (up to 14 days)

8.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may occur if:

  • Returned items are damaged or missing parts
  • Items show signs of use not caused by shipping
  • Items are returned after 30 days

9. Exchanges

We replace items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

There is no cost to the customer for exchanges.
