Refund and Returns Policy

- Return Time Frame: You have a generous 30-day window to return items from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns beyond this period.
- Shipping Cost: If your purchase arrives damaged or faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you simply change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
- Defective or Broken Products: If the product you received is defective or damaged, please notify us within 30 days. We will assist you in returning it at no additional cost. Upon inspection, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping charges.
- Change of Mind Returns: Should you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, you have 30 days to do so. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once received, we will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping fees.
- Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will promptly issue a refund to the credit card or payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Note that some financial institutions may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Restocking fees may apply in certain situations.
