    Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off Time:
    Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST begin processing the same day.
  • Weekend & Holiday Orders:
    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

  • Delayed Delivery:
    If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at Support@PerfectionPlaza.com or (888) 288-0027.
  • Lost Packages:
    If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package:
    • Confirm the shipping address
    • Check with neighbors or building management
    • Contact us for further support

8.2 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Photograph the packaging and damaged item(s)
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Support@PerfectionPlaza.com

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


9. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order:

  • Provide your order number and details

We will investigate and send the missing item(s) or issue a refund as necessary.


10. Return and Refund Policy

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery
  • Return Conditions: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Ineligible Items: Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)
  • Return Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer
  • Restocking Fee: 25% (applies to returned items)
  • Refund Processing: 5–7 business days after the returned item is received

Equipment delivery and installation services are separate services. Installation will only be scheduled after equipment has been successfully delivered to the customer’s location.

Customers are responsible for receiving the shipment and reporting any visible shipping damage before installation is scheduled.
