Shipping Policy

 

Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, with a cut-off time for order placement at 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Orders received after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping times typically range from 4 to 7 days on average, with free shipping available for orders totaling over $200. For orders under $200, a flat fee of $15 will be applied. Please note that we currently only offer shipping within the United States; international shipping options are not available at this time.

The majority of our orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers, such as 18-wheelers. If your order contains items shipped via freight carrier, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient curbside delivery time. To ensure smooth communication, please provide the correct phone number during checkout.

Upon order placement, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order and confirming the approval of your credit card payment. Rest assured, your card will only be charged once the item has shipped, unless it's back-ordered and requires reservation.
