By purchasing installation or commissioning services through our website, the customer agrees to the following conditions.

17.1 Third-Party Service Providers

All installation and commissioning services are performed by independent third-party technicians. Perfection Plaza LLC coordinates scheduling and dispatch but does not directly employ the technicians performing the service.

Perfection Plaza LLC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, workmanship, delays, or conduct of third-party service providers.

17.2 Service Scheduling

Installation services are scheduled after equipment delivery and confirmation of site readiness. Service appointments are normally scheduled during standard business hours. Availability may vary depending on technician coverage in the customer’s geographic area.

17.3 Customer Site Readiness

Customers are responsible for ensuring the installation location is prepared before the technician arrives. This includes but is not limited to:

• Correct electrical supply and outlet type

• Adequate water line access (if applicable)

• Proper drainage where required

• Adequate ventilation where required

• Sufficient physical space and clearance

• Accessibility for equipment placement

• Compliance with local building and health codes

Failure to prepare the site may result in additional labor charges, rescheduling fees, or additional trip charges.

17.4 Additional Labor Charges

The installation service purchased through the website covers standard installation within typical service conditions.

Additional labor charges may apply if:

• The site is not ready

• Installation requires additional labor time

• Additional plumbing or electrical work is required

• Equipment relocation is required

• Access limitations delay installation

• Structural modifications are required

Additional charges will be billed to the customer and must be paid before final commissioning or service completion.

17.5 Travel and Trip Charges

Installation pricing includes one standard technician dispatch. Additional trip charges may apply if:

• The site is not ready upon technician arrival

• The installation cannot be completed due to site conditions

• The technician must return for additional work

Additional mileage or extended travel charges may apply depending on location.

17.6 Overtime Labor

Installation services are scheduled during standard business hours. Work performed outside of normal service hours may incur overtime labor charges based on prevailing service rates.

17.7 Customer-Provided Installers

Customers may choose to use their own licensed installation professionals. If the customer chooses to use their own installer:

• Perfection Plaza LLC assumes no responsibility for installation quality

• The customer assumes all liability for installation compliance

• Improper installation may void manufacturer warranties
