Q: How long will it take for my order to ship? When will I receive it?
A: Depending on the brand, orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 1-2 days to ship. On rare occasions, order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays. On average, your product will be delivered in 4-7 days. Any extended delivery times will be indicated on the product page.

Return and Cancellation Policy
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items. For details, please refer to our 30-Day Return Policy at the bottom of the page.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at Orders@perfectionPlaza.com if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.
Damaged Products
Q: What if my product is damaged?
A: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, even to the box, please make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send photos to Orders@perfectionPlaza.com for a replacement or compensation.
Placing an Order
Q: How do I place an order?
A: To place an order online, simply click "Add To Cart" on your preferred product and proceed to checkout.
Order Confirmation and Updates
Q: How do I know when my order will ship?
A: Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with credit card authorization and shipping/billing information. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse.

Q: Will you send an order confirmation via e-mail?
A: Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided for each order you submit.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We are located in Wyoming and do not charge sales tax unless shipping to Wyoming.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: Yes, you can change your order at no cost by emailing us at Orders@perfectionPlaza.com before shipping.
