At Perfection Plaza LLC, we understand that sometimes plans change — and we’re here to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you’ve changed your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every effort to cancel your order before it is shipped.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a refund to your original payment method.
2. Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
However, you may still request a return or exchange once you receive your order.
Please follow the steps outlined in our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return.
3. Customized or Special Orders
Custom-made or special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
If you placed a custom order and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately to discuss available options.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds (up to 14 days).
