The Jackson TempStar HH-E is a high hood door-type dishwasher that also works as a pot and pan washer, dual rated to NSF/ANSI 3 standards. Its 27 in. clearance fits large sheet pans and 60 qt mixing bowls, and a fully automatic 60-second cycle cleans 60 racks per hour on 0.78 gallons of water per rack. A 70°F rise booster with Sani-Sure final rinse is standard and it is ENERGY STAR certified; an HH-E W/O version without a booster is also available.
