The Jackson TempStar HH-E VER is a ventless, tall chamber high temperature sanitizing door-type dishwasher with energy recovery. It needs only a cold water connection, a 60 amp breaker and a drain, and its 27 in. chamber takes 18 x 26 in. trays. It cleans 40 racks per hour on 0.78 gallons of water per rack with four selectable timed cycles. Perfection Plaza supplies it for kitchens that need to wash pans and dishes without a hood.
