Installation & Requirements
- Gas: fixed piping, or small LP tanks up to 90K BTU. Natural gas operating pressure 6.0" to 7.0" W.C.; LP 10.0" to 11.0" W.C. per the HPC drawing (the manual lists LP minimum 8.0" W.C.).
- Any flex line from the permanent gas supply must be rated to the oven's maximum BTU and certified to ANSI Z21.75/CSA 6.27.
- HPC recommends installation by a licensed hearth professional and annual service by an NFI-certified gas specialist.
- Cure the oven before first use following the firing schedule in HPC's manual (at least 5 hours on the first firing).
- Modifying the product voids its certification and warranty.
- Keep at least 24" from combustible construction on all sides, and at least 36" from the top of the oven opening to any combustible material above, including roof overhangs and soffits (HPC manual).
