The HPC Forno de Pizza Accessory Kit puts the tools for a wood or gas pizza oven in one box: a utensil holder, oven brush, wooden paddle, aluminum peel, two aluminum pizza pans and two dough rolling sheets.
Key Features
- Launch and turn pizzas: The wooden paddle loads pizzas onto the hearth and the long aluminum peel turns and removes them.
- Clean the hearth: The brass-bristle brush with a metal scraper pushes back wood and embers and cleans the hearthstone.
- Keep tools at the oven: The stainless steel holder attaches to the HPC oven hearth to hold the peel and brush.
