Installation & Requirements
- Install in hardscape block fire pits; the Flex Form collars and vents are included for this.
- For fixed piping systems only; residential gas pressure. Natural gas supply pressure: minimum 3.5" W.C., maximum 7.0" W.C. LP: minimum 8" W.C., maximum 11.0" W.C.
- Enclosures: up to 200K BTU need at least 2 vents of 18 sq. in. each on opposing sides; above 200K BTU at least 4.
- Modifying the product voids its certification and warranty. Follow HPC's installation instructions and local codes.

Warranty: HPC warrants its fire pits against manufacturing defects that prevent safe and correct function: stainless steel burners, lifetime; electronics and gas valve, 3 years residential and 1 year commercial; pilot assembly, 2 years residential and 1 year commercial; stainless steel pan and valve box, 5 years residential and 1 year commercial. Coverage runs from the date of original sale or shipment from HPC and covers parts and HPC in-house labor through an HPC return authorization; installation and maintenance labor and damage from overheating, modification, abuse or improper storage are not covered.
