The Moretti Forni S50E ICON (Serie S) is a modular deck pizza oven designed for flexible production. Each deck measures 18-3/4"W x 29"D x 6-1/4"H and supports (2) 14" pizzas, (1) 18" pizza, or (1) 26" x 18" tray capacity per deck. Configure up to 3 decks to match your kitchen’s workflow.
Built for dependable daily use, this unit features a refractory brick baking surface and stainless steel construction, plus CE, ETL, and ETL-Sanitation listings. It operates on 208V/60Hz/1ph at 5.1kW per deck, and can be converted to 3ph under request (charge will apply). Made in Italy. Available through Perfection Plaza.
Chamber options: Multibake (smooth brick floor with metalized sides and ceiling) or Stonebake (entirely made of refractory stone).
