The Ice-O-Matic GEM2006W is a 30-inch water-cooled modular ice maker that produces up to 2,225 lb of Pearl nugget ice per 24 hours at 70°F air and 50°F water. It mounts on a separate ice bin or dispenser (sold separately) and runs on 208-230/60/1 power with R404A refrigerant.

- Connections: Ice maker water in, 3/8" FPT; Ice maker water out, 3/4" FPT; Electrical inlet; Condenser water in, 3/8" FPT (water only); Condenser water out, 1/2" FPT (water only).
- When installing a modular GEM on a drink dispenser, Ice-O-Matic requires the KGEMDISP kit.
