The Jackson RackStar 66 is a high temperature sanitizing conveyor dishwasher that pairs a 44 in. wash section with a 22 in. pre-wash. Three upper and one lower pre-wash arms remove food soil before the rack reaches the WISR cleaning system, and the Dual Rainbow Rinse uses just 0.38 gallons of water per rack in Econo mode at 224 racks per hour. Choose the 66CE with electric tank heat and a built-in 70°F rise booster, which is ENERGY STAR certified, or the 66CS with steam tank heat. Perfection Plaza supplies it for restaurants, nursing care and correctional facilities.
